6 Rules on how to have a Good Day
By no stretch of imagination are these rules supposed to restrict your everyday routine or your personality, but this is to enhance it and make it shine all the more. The same way our lungs do not weigh us down when we’re running, is the same way these guidelines will not hold you down from living.
Find space and time each day to meditate, breathe, and say thank you for my life
This one might will definitely take some getting used to, so I encourage to start by taking it slow, starting by 5 minutes one day, then up it to 15 minutes a week, a day, or even a month later, and then try to go for a full 30 minutes to just dedicate to this.
Gratitude is a muscle, many don’t realize it is there. The more you flex it, the more you realize what it truly is.
Avoid Confrontations
Look for way around the confrontation, step back and breathe. Take a good look at the whole situation and ask yourself to control your emotions and search for some good questions that will defuse a misunderstanding.
I will also add that as someone who is strict with there values and expectations, I never needed to confront someone. A good question typically has the effect but with greater results, but I also over-communicate my expectations in the beginning of most relationships and situations.
Find room each day to Move
It is just that. Plainly getting up and walking, working out, it doesn’t matter, as long as your body is releasing the energy that was previously stored.
It is your Responsibility
Everything that happens to you, an opportunity or a threat, is 100% your personality responsibility regardless if it is your fault.
Live in Gratitude
Always protect your struggle mindset. Each situation you come across provides you with a chance to grow, learn and adapt.
