What does Palantir do/sell ?

All companies, need something to sell or a service that is valuable or else, they just aren’t going to bring in revenue.

Palantir has three flagship products

— Palantir Gotham

— Palantir Foundry

— Palantir Apollo

Palantir Gotham

This is the Dark Knight of their product lines.

Gotham enables users to integrate, manage, analyze, and secure their data, allowing data from different sources to merge as enterprises deal with multiple data sources.

Users can define rules for processing the data, the data will then automatically flow through the Gotham software and will be processed. From here, data will be rendered in a readable format using graphs, maps or other readable mediums.

Palantir Gotham was used with Team Rubicon to combine publicly available flood data, weather information, and demographic data during Hurricane Florence. This service assisted in helping them identify the areas with the greatest need, and then used the data to coordinate the operations, by triangulating help requests, dispatching work teams, and produce reports.

Palantir was also used again to help with Hurricane Sandy very recently.

Palantir Foundry

With many of the challenges of today coming from a wide range of issues, data needs to be inputed by more than just data scientists and engineers. Foundry’s a front end software to where they enable anyone access to output in a point and click environment.

Advanced data scientists can use Foundry’s top-line analytical capabilities to run advanced models and leverage machine learning to produce insights into data sets.

As someone who used to study data and statistics, this is beautiful.

Palantir Apollo

Using Foundry and Gotham, there has to be a line of security that Palantir gives when government do inquire about working with them before giving a contract.

Palantir has customers with specific security needs and require their software to run in purpose-built government or classified clouds. The cloud must be indecent from stand public cloud infrastructure.

Apollo is a security layer that sits between Palantir’s products and the underlying infrastructure that is in the software. Apollo manages the Gotham and Foundry platforms: automatically and safely providing updates and resolving key software issues.

Price Targets? From an entry on anything below $26.00 we believe that around $38.00 is possible barring anything severe with small caps by End of Year in 2022.
